Terms and Conditions of Service
GB'S PARIS — Art Expertise, Authentication & Advisory
These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms”) define the rights and obligations between GB'S PARIS, an independent art expertise and advisory firm founded and directed by its principal expert, Guillaume Bresso, and the Client in connection with the provision of authentication, appraisal, and advisory services.
Any order for Services implies the Client’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms”) define the rights and obligations between GB'S PARIS, an independent art expertise and advisory firm founded and directed by its principal expert, Guillaume Bresso, and the Client in connection with the provision of authentication, appraisal, and advisory services (the “Services”).
Any order for Services implies the Client’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Definitions
- GB'S PARIS or “the Firm”: the independent art expertise and advisory firm founded and directed by its principal expert, Guillaume Bresso.
- Expert: Guillaume Bresso, principal expert and founder of GB'S PARIS.
- Client: any natural or legal person who orders a Service.
- Services: all services offered by the Firm.
- Report: any written document provided to the Client upon completion of a Service.
Article 3 — Scope of Services
The Services consist of a rigorous, multidisciplinary analysis of Pre-Columbian art, tribal art, and antiquities from the Americas and Oceania, including authentication, forgery detection, provenance research, valuation, scientific dating, and comprehensive collection advisory.
Article 4 — Client Rights and Obligations
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documents in a complete and truthful manner and to comply with applicable ethical and regulatory principles.
Article 5 — Rights and Obligations of GB'S PARIS and the Expert
GB'S PARIS and the Expert undertake to perform the Services with reasonable care and professional diligence, in accordance with the ethical standards of the profession.
Article 6 — Quotations and Contract Formation
Every Service is subject to a detailed, free quotation valid for 30 days. The contract is formed upon the Client’s express acceptance of the quotation and receipt of any required deposit.
Article 7 — Indicative Fee Schedule 2026 (VAT Included – France)
Fees are determined by personalized quotation according to the complexity of the object or collection. The schedule below is provided for information purposes only:

Laboratory analyses, secure transportation costs, additional examinations or international archival research are billed separately. A detailed and transparent quotation is always provided prior to any intervention.
Article 8 — Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are those indicated on the accepted quotation. Payment is made by bank transfer, secure credit card, or check. A deposit of 30% to 50% may be required upon ordering. The balance is due upon delivery of the Report.
Article 9 — Late Payment
Any late payment automatically incurs late payment penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of €60.
Article 10 — Liability
GB'S PARIS and the Expert undertake to perform the Services with reasonable care and professional diligence. The Firm’s liability shall in all cases be limited to the net amount of the requested Service and cannot be invoked for indirect damages.
Article 11 — Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
GB'S PARIS and the Expert undertake to maintain strict confidentiality. All Reports and related materials remain the intellectual property of GB'S PARIS.
Article 12 — Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable in the event of force majeure.
Article 13 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
Article 14 — General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any modification must be made in writing via an amendment.
