GB'S PARIS — Withdrawal Form

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services purchased online or off-premises.

This right allows you to cancel your order without providing a reason and without penalty.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  • The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been fully performed with your prior express consent.
  • In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
